Moving Day! From Tuesday 27 October 2026, Earworx Mackay will be located inside Harbour Road Medical at 47 Harbour Road, North Mackay.
After two years at Parkside Plaza in West Mackay, Earworx Mackay is packing up for a new home. The clinic is relocating to Harbour Road Medical in North Mackay, with appointments at the new address from Tuesday 27 October 2026.
A big thank you to The Doctors Mackay for hosting Earworx since the clinic first opened in 2024. The move to Harbour Road gives the clinic a new base to keep supporting ear health across Mackay and the surrounding region.
The Timeline
- Saturday 24th October, 12:30pm: last appointments at Parkside Plaza, and online bookings switch to the North Mackay clinic
- Monday 26 October: clinic closed for the move
- Tuesday 27 October: first day at Harbour Road Medical

A Note on Saturdays Saturday appointments are paused while the clinic settles into its new home, so North Mackay appointments run on weekdays only for now.
Getting There
The new clinic is on the northern side of the Pioneer River, inside Harbour Road Medical at number 47. Free parking is available on site. When you arrive, check in at the Harbour Road Medical reception desk and let the team know you are booked in with Earworx.
Same Nurses, New Address
The address is changing, but the people are not. Registered Nurses Joanne and Elizabeth are moving with the clinic, so you will see familiar faces at Harbour Road.
Earwax is removed using microsuction and instrumentation, with the ear canal under direct vision. Your nurse assesses your ears first, and will explain the procedure and check your comfort throughout. If you already have an appointment booked from 27 October onwards, it will take place at the new North Mackay address.
