These terms apply to the Earworx new patient promotional offer advertised from time to time across our clinics (the “Offer”). The participating clinic, promotional code, offer prices and offer end date are stated in the advertisement the Offer relates to (the “Advertisement”). By redeeming the Offer you accept these terms.

Eligibility
- The Offer is available to new patients only, meaning patients who have not previously attended any of the Earworx clinics.
- The Offer is valid only at the Earworx clinic named in the Advertisement and cannot be redeemed at any other clinic.
- Any additional eligibility criteria stated in the Advertisement also apply.
Offer period
- The Offer is available only during the promotional period, up to and including the end date stated in the Advertisement.
What the Offer includes
- The Offer comprises a complimentary ear health check and earwax removal at the discounted price stated in the Advertisement, together with a personalised ear care plan, as described in the Advertisement.
- The complimentary ear check is provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed to any paid treatment.
Pricing and savings
- The discounted prices, including any full fee and concession prices, are as stated in the Advertisement.
- Concession pricing is available on presentation of a valid concession card at the appointment.
- Any saving stated in the Advertisement, for example “save $90”, is based on Earworx’s standard price for that service at the clinic named in the Advertisement, current at the date of the Advertisement. Redemption
- To redeem, quote the promotional code stated in the Advertisement when booking, either online in the “Reason for Appointment” field or by phone. The offer can also be redeemed when the promotional code stated in the Advertisement is quoted during the patients first appointment.
- The Offer can only be redeemed by patients before or during their first appointment at the eligible clinic. The offer cannot be redeemed once a patient’s first appointment has concluded.
- Limit of one Offer redemption per new patient.
- The Offer is not transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
- Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked and attended within the Offer period.
Clinical care
- All services are provided following clinical assessment and only where clinically appropriate. Microsuction is performed only where clinically indicated.
General
- Earworx may vary these terms or withdraw the Offer at any time without notice.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in which the participating Earworx clinic is located.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
